For Case Managers

THE DATABASE SHOULDN’T BE PUNISHMENT FOR DOING YOUR JOB

We built 501CaseManager to solve the workarounds, shadow systems and double (or triple) data entry that is so common in nonprofits.

The problem: Many systems are designed for output, not daily use. This forces case managers construct paper or spreadsheet systems to do their real work with clients, and then separately plug numbers into the database. That takes a lot of time and energy that could be spent delivering services.

Our solution: 501CaseManager is an “operational support system” that was built in close coordination with direct service personnel across several pioneering clients. It is a true electronic records system to replace paper case folders, allow for cross-department collaboration while protecting privacy of sensitive data, and keep track of all of the key facets of service delivery while giving useful, useable information right on the screen. It’s designed to support your real work with clients, and use that information to provide the data necessary for reporting without double entry.
